We recently reactivated our internet service with an upgrade of modem and have not been able to get our hp 3600 series deskjet printer to connect.  Everything else is connected but this printer.  I removed and reinstalled the printer.  I have tried unpluging it .  I just do not know what else to do.  The blue light is flashing as expected.  Please advise.  Thank you in advance.

To assist better -

  1. I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
  2. What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?
