HP Color LaserJet Pro M454dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Network-attached M454dw Color Laserjet Pro. Recent firmware update (July 22, 2022) has bricked the printer. First noticed today (August 21, 2022) when I replaced a 3rd-party cyan cartridge with another cartridge from the same manufacturer (LD Products). Printer informed me that cartridge was blocked because it was 3rd-party (interestingly enough, it recognized and did not object to two other LD Products cartridges already in the printer). I placed an older HP cartridge in the printer, but by this time the printer was a brick. Display is a white grid on a black background, occasionally changing to a blue screen with a code (B51D58A).  Rebooted, reset to factory settings, uninstalled, reinstalled... no success.  I desperately need to access previous firmware and downgrade; I have some print requests that I cannot fulfill.

I have January 2021, is that new or old enough for you?

That would be just fine, and I would appreciate it a great deal.  Please let me know how we can connect so I can acquire the firmware and install it.

Have not heard from you... is the downgraded firmware still available from you?
