Product: HP Officejet 4622 e-All-in-One Printer

Hi I have problem with 6422 printer. Scanning function was not working so I made hard reset. 

 

Now printer after swithing on ask for paper and stuck forever showing message "Pringing aligment page..." 

 

I tried to update firmware but get information that it was not successful.

 

Do you have any sugestions what can I do ?
