Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

Why did the 4x6 photo paper tray doesn't fit in my HP Envy printer? I have bought two different brand of those photo paper tray but they still don't fit in my printer. Always too big and I feel like the size is less than 4x6 inch. Please any help?

To better assist you - May I have the exact model name of the printer? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

The issue is not resolved at all. My HP model name is : HP ENVY 5660.  e-All-in-one Series.And the model number is : 5660 I bought two brand of the same size but the tray is too small for them and I don't know what to do as the manual suggest to have a 4x6 photo paper tray.
