Hi @zakman160
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
Could you please share the complete printer model for further assistance.
May I know was it working fine earlier and stopped working?
Was there any software update or change?
In the meantime, If your printer supports automatic duplex printing, here’s how to set it up:
Open the document you want to print.
Click on “File” and then “Print.”
In the print dialog box, look for an option like “Print on Both Sides” or “Two-sided printing.”
Access the printer properties menu to enable duplex printing if the option is not directly visible.
Select this option and choose your preferred binding style (long-edge or short-edge binding).
Click “Print” to start the duplex printing process. After printing the first side, take the printed pages from the output tray and prepare to reload them into the input tray for printing on the other side.
Remember, the exact steps may vary depending on your printer model and the software you’re using.
If this solution hit the spot, please come back and click "Accepted Solution" to help others find the answer. And if you'd like to say thanks, select "Yes" on the bottom left of the public post, as that would make our day!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
