HP Recommended

I am trying to set up an Envy 6455e Printer. On both the app (Android) and PC, when I get to the step to press and release the info button it just spins until it times out.

 

I've followed the advice on other threads to turn off the printer and the phone and try again, same result.

After powering down and pressing power + cancel button, it restarted and setup worked. Thanks
