HP Officejet Pro 6830 e-All-in
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bill downloaded as PDF document from bank web site.  Normally only print some pages (1 and 3, containing account info), skip page 2 and any pages after 3, containing repetitive text.  For June bill, wanted to print 2 and 4 through 7.  PDF opened using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, on Windows 10 64-bit, printer is on wi-fi LAN.  Page 2 printed nothing except some internal codes and the page footer, in the correct position on the page, the rest of the page blank.  Pages 4 through 6 printed only the page footer, the rest of each page blank.  Page 7, the first page actually printing (back to front), printed correctly.  Trying to print the pages in any combination, including straight through 1 through 7, same result.  Printing on both sides of paper, full letter size pages, black ink only (ink saver).

After discovering the problem with the June bill, went back to the May bill, found out that page 2 of that bill only printed the codes (about 3/4 down the page, just as displayed) and footer. Page 4 of that bill was completely blank anyway.

What kind of coding error in the PDF file format could cause this error?  The bank's tech support had no idea, and there is no support for Adobe Reader.
