Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer will not connect to web services! I cannot figure out why. Here is a list of the things I have tried

-Semi-full reset

-Re-downloaded the software on my PC

-tried new networks

-restarted networks

-attempted to set it up is EWS

-Attempted to set up a proxy, Had to use internet explorer and it would time out when applying the setting in EWS.

 

I am trying to update the printer's firmware, which requires web services. Normal wireless printing works fine.  I need to update the printer so I can replace a malfunctioning printhead so I can print in color again. Any solutions? I believe the outdated firmware is causing an issue with the web services function. Is there any other way I can update the firmware?
