Hi @Rob2444 ,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Photosmart 7525 E-All-In-One Printer, Print menu on Windows 11 does not have a Print on both sides option listed in the print dialog. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

If the "Print on both sides" option is missing from the print dialog of your HP Photosmart 7525 printer on Windows 11, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Check Printer Settings: Sometimes, the duplex printing option may be disabled in the printer settings. Access the printer settings either through the Control Panel or directly through the printer's control panel (if available) and ensure that duplex printing is enabled.
  • Printer Driver Settings: Ensure that you have the correct and updated printer drivers installed. Sometimes, outdated or incompatible drivers can cause features to be missing. You mentioned that you have the latest drivers installed, but it might be worth double-checking or even reinstalling the drivers to ensure they are properly installed.
  • Printer Properties: When you are in the print dialog box, look for a button or link labeled "Printer Properties" or "Printer Preferences." Clicking on this should bring up additional settings specific to your printer. Check within these settings to see if there's an option to enable duplex printing.
  • Paper Type and Size: Some printers only support duplex printing for certain paper types or sizes. Ensure that the paper type and size selected in both the printer settings and the print dialog box are compatible with duplex printing.
  • Update Windows 11: Although you mentioned that Windows 11 is up to date, it's always good to double-check for any pending updates. Sometimes, new updates can contain fixes for compatibility issues with certain hardware.  Software and Drivers for HP Photosmart 7525 e-All-in-One Printer
