Hi @Joe32Club,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To retrieve or reset the code for your HP Photosmart 7525 e-All-in-One Printer follow these steps.
Check your printer's ePrint settings:
- Go to the printer's Control Panel.
- Tap on ePrint or Scan to Email (depending on your model).
- If you see an option to view or manage the email settings, you may be able to recover or reset the email address or PIN associated with the printer.
Use the HP Smart app:
- If you have the HP Smart app installed on your phone or computer, open it and check for any settings related to Scan to Email or ePrint.
- The app might show the email address or PIN for your printer.
Check your HP ePrint account:
- Go to the HP ePrint Center (https://hpeprint.com/) and log in with the account you created when setting up the printer.
- You can see or manage your printer's email address and PIN here.
Reset the PIN:
- If you're unable to find the code, you can reset it by logging into your HP ePrint account online or through the HP Smart app and updating the Scan to Email settings.
- In some cases, you may need to set up a new code (PIN) for your printer's email functionality.
Factory reset the printer (if necessary):
- If you cannot recover the code using the steps above, a factory reset on the printer will return all settings to default. This will allow you to set up the email feature again from scratch.
- To perform a reset, go to Setup > Restore Defaults on the printer's control panel.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
