My printer froze in the middle of a job, the only alternative Ihaad was to turn it off. Now it will not come back on, spent 30 with HP support and they had no answer. Unplugging for 10 minutes did not make a difference. I sther any type of master re-set for this machine?

Hi @Bbeecher
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I'd like to help!
I understand the printer will not power up
Try the below suggestions-
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware -HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

If the printer will not power up, I really cannot try all these suggestions. Did the unplug thing, at a wall socket, but made no difference. Have now bought a new Canon printer.
thank you for your reply.
