Can I connect a Windows 7 computer and a Windows 10 computer to my 8625 printer through ethernet cables at the same time?

@CHIMICHONGA, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

Yes, you can connect the printer to both your computers through ethernet at the same time. Once you have set up the printer on the network via ethernet, install the printer software on the computers and configure the printer. Try printing.

 

Refer to the document Wired Network Printer Setup (Windows) for help.
