Hello,

I seem to have suffered a tech issue which others on this forum have experienced where the Printer install setup leads to instant ink but only offers 2 months instead of the offer on the box - 9 months. I understand I need to chat with HP staff direct to rectify this. It is important I do so because I am a heavy printing user and this was the whole reason I purchased and was sold by the agent on this printer option - to get the 9 month deal. I thought the 9 months must show after going through the stage-by-stage subscription entry for Instant Ink, and instead it just moved onto the next stage of the instal. I have logged in to check and it still says 2 months.

I see that you are facing an issue with your instant ink account free trial.

The support here is limited and this issue might require one-on-one interaction to fix it.
