Indeed.

Your post did not capture your Operating System/version.

Copy, though, is a function of the printer -- no software is required.

How to copy

Make copies with an HP printer

Product NameHP OfficeJet Pro 9018 All-in-One Printer
Copier Reduce/enlarge25 to 400%
Copier SettingsNumber of Copies; Two-Sided; Lighter/Darker; HP Copy Fix; ID Copy; Resize; Quality; Paper Size; Paper Type; Collate; Margin Shift; Crop; Copy Preview; Enhancements

Open your Browser

Open EWS -- Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Note → If the browser security will not let you open EWS, try a different browser.

Tab Copy > Settings > Default Settings / Copy Defaults

-- What else? --

If Copy Resize is not available for some reason -- or there is something else preventing Copy from working at all or resizing your content, you can instead use a different method to end up with a larger copy of your photo.

Use an application...

Scan the content and save to your device (computer, tablet, phone).

Print the content at the size you want it done.

Windows provides several methods to scan and save PDF or Photo / Image content and just as many ways to print at different sizes or even open the file and resize the file content.

Two Windows examples --

-- Example 1 -- Print saved image file at selected size --

Photo / Image content scanned and saved.

Open for Print in HP App

Print at selected size on Letter Size paper

-- Example 2 -- Open saved Photo / Image file - Resize --

Open saved Photo / Image file

Select to Edit the content

Select Resize

Save under a new name
