Hi @MABII,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand you’re having trouble printing envelopes on your HP OfficeJet 9120e printer. Let’s go through a few steps to help you print them correctly.

a. Prepare the Envelopes

Make sure the envelopes are clean, dry, and neatly stacked with the flaps on the left and facing up.

Do not use envelopes with clasps, windows, or thick seams, as these can cause jams.

b. Load the Envelopes

Pull out the input tray.

Slide the paper-width guides to the outermost position.

Place the envelopes in the tray print side facing down and flap on the left.

Adjust the paper-width guides snugly against the edges of the envelopes, but don’t bend them.

Reinsert the tray fully into the printer.

c. Set Paper Type and Size on the Printer

On the printer control panel, tap Settings → Paper Setup → Tray 1 → Paper Type and select Envelope.

Then, set Paper Size to the correct envelope size (for example, #10 Envelope).

d. Set Envelope Printing Options on Your Computer

Open the document or email you want to print.

Go to File → Print → Printer Properties (or Preferences).

Under Paper/Quality, choose Envelope as the paper type and select the correct envelope size.

Make sure the print orientation matches how you loaded the envelopes (usually Landscape).

e. Print the Envelope

Select Print, and wait for the printer to feed and print each envelope.

For best results, print one or a few envelopes at a time to prevent misfeeds.

I hope this helps.
