Hello. I have set a Custom Printer Password and forgotten what it was. I have attempted to reset my printer but it does still not remove the password (Hold CANCEL + WiFi Button until WiFi Button Flashes).

 

After the reset, I've set it up again using the WIFI-Direct method. I've also tried accessing the Web Interface using the WIFI-Direct method, and it still prompts for the password.

 

I appear to have the exact same situation as this person. I have tried all steps in here, but I can see the person was sent a private message to reset the printer:

What I need is a method of conducting a HARD RESET on this printer, and removing the 'Custom Printer Password'. Please keep in mind this is not the PIN, and the PIN does not work because I configured the Custom Printer Password.
