So I am just finishing my HP printer configuration in HP Smart and it's asking me to get rid of all the tape and stuff when getting it brand new which I already have years ago. The thing is I'm reconfiguring this printer which has been sitting for a while and I'm not able to finish these steps because the LED lights and stuff on the screen are freaking out and nothing is working.

 

EDIT: So it gave me the option to press continue but now it's giving me error code: UA_400_EB000U0422. It says I will be able to print but won't be able to use stuff like cloud which I'm not planning to anyways. When I check the printer status it says its connected to WIFI but I wont be able to print???? The LEDS are still freaking out.

 

I'm confused please help me configure this again.
