What's being printed is filename, template, author, creation date, change number, total editing time, last printed on, number of pages, words and character.

Unwanted “cover” page in Word – extra “stuff” printed in addition to the document itself

Prevent Word document printout from also printing document report

Word > File > [ More ...  ] > Options > Display

Printing options

UNCHECK box “Print document properties”

OK to save changes

OR

Word > Preferences > Printer

UNCHECK / Disable the document property
