Hello,  when trying to install the recommended driver,  I see "A problem occurred while preparing to install software - HP Color Laserjet M553 -   Please restart your computer and run this installer again.    (After restarting the computer,  i see the same erorr message...)   

 

How would I troubleshoot this issue?  Is there a log file that describes what happened, or an hp printer clean tool or what should I do to get the software to install?
