Hi,
Please try following below steps to resolve such a problem:
- Download the following drivers from Microsoft to your Desktop:
http://download.windowsupdate.com/msdownload/update/driver/drvs/2011/07/4753_fc148f3df197a4c5cf20bd6... - Right-click the file and select Extract To, be sure to select a subfolder to extract it (using any extraction tool such as Winzip or Winrar)
- Open the Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
- Right-click the 7610 printer and select Properties, then open the Ports tab and take a note of the selected port, then close that window.
- Click Add Printer.
- Click The printer that I want isn't listed.
- Select a local printer or a network printer with manual settings.
- Select the same port as used by your 7610 printer.
- Within the printer selection pane, click Have Disk
- Browse to the extracted folder and press OK
- Select the HP Officejet Pro K850 printer and complete the wizard
- You may name the printer as you would like.
Now try printing A3 documents using the added alternate driver.
Please let me know of any problem,
Shlomi
