How do I add A8 envelope size to my printer settings for OfficeJet Pro 8035?

We are a Peer-to-Peer Forum for people who use HP Technology.

If you have not done so,

• Install the Full Feature Software / full driver printer software
• Check Printer Properties - make sure the HP driver is selected (as opposed to the IPP / Class driver)

If the paper size you need is not in the paper size list,

• Create Custom Paper Size form for your supported paper size
• Select Paper size in Printer / EWS - Tray and Paper
• Select Paper size during job configuration

After the software is installed, Restart the computer and log in.

Ask if you need help to install the software.

If the size you want is not listed in the drop down list,

When selecting Envelope Size, select "Custom" and enter the Width and Length of the Envelope you are creating.
