Why do I get "Access Denied" when I try to access the User Manual for a printer I have just bought ? (4302fdw)

Thank you for sending the link, "ferRX". It worked perfectly. (I still don't understand why I get "Access Denied" when searching for this material myself. I have tried using both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome browsers - same result in both cases. I briefly see an intermediate screen that would take me where I want to go, then the Access Denied appears and I can go no further) ... but thanks to you I now have a saved PDF.
