Before we begin, are you trying to sign in to your HP account in the HP app or on the HP website?

 

Meanwhile, you can follow these steps:

Verify Account Credentials

  • Confirm the email address is entered correctly.
  • Check that Caps Lock is not enabled.
  • Re-enter the password manually.
  • Try signing in from a web browser.
  • Save changes if prompted.

Reset Account Password

  • Go to the HP sign-in page.
  • Select Forgot password.
  • Enter your registered email address.
  • Follow the reset instructions sent to your email.
  • Sign in using the new password.

Check Browser or App Issues

  • Close and reopen the browser or HP app.
  • Clear browser cache and cookies.
  • Try a different browser if available.
  • Update the HP app to the latest version.
  • Restart the computer.

Check Internet Connection

  • Confirm the device is connected to the internet.
  • Open a website to verify connectivity.
  • Disable any VPN connection.
  • Restart the router if needed.
  • Try signing in again.
