Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Computer ACER can't run app have HP Lazer Jet 4 L printer with disk

Also have a scanner-image reader Elite EPP  connecter to this printer

 

ACER does not have printer port just the monitor port I am using

The 4l is of course a very old printer and as you have found, parallel ports have vanished from PCs. Your options would be to get a parallel to network print server which would then allow you to connect your printer to your network and access it that way. In terms of drivers, it is unlikely that the disk you have is going to have Win 10 drivers and there is likely no download. Connected to the network you should be able to use either a native windows driver.
