The problem still exists.

After 6 (six) supporter of HP Support tryed to solve, the problem is much bigger.

Now, after deinstallation, the new setup ends 2 steps earlier.

It seems to be a conflict between HP and Windows 10  (one of the last updates?)

After the prozess, there are notices in Win-Devices-List:

 -  Fax seems OK

 -  Printer has "No driver available"

 -  an why is the device in the list of Bluetooth? Should not.

Please help or give the order to the best special specialists.

Thanks.
