To add your HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 printer to your HP account, follow these steps:

Using the HP Smart App

Download the HP Smart App:

• If you haven't already, download the HP Smart app from the Microsoft Store (Windows), Mac App Store (macOS), Google Play Store (Android), or Apple App Store (iOS).
• Open the HP Smart app and sign in with your HP account credentials. If you don't have an HP account, you can create one.

Add Your Printer:

• After signing in, click on the Add Printer button.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to add your HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 to your HP account. Ensure your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your device.

Using the HP Connected Website

Visit the HP Connected Website:

• Go to HP Connected.
• Sign in with your HP account credentials. If you don't have an HP account, you can create one.
• Click on My Printers and then click Add Printer.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to add your HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 to your HP account. You may need your printer's email address (found on the printer’s control panel or in the printer’s settings).

Using HP's Embedded Web Server (EWS)

• Make sure your printer is connected to the network.
• Find the IP address of your printer. You can usually find this on the printer’s control panel by navigating to Network Settings or Wireless Settings.
• Open a web browser and type in the printer’s IP address to access the Embedded Web Server (EWS).
• In EWS, go to the Web Services tab.Follow the on-screen instructions to sign in to your HP account or create one.

Add Your Printer:

• Once signed in, follow the instructions to add your HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 to your HP account.:
• Go to the HP Product Registration page.

Register Your Printer:

• Enter your printer's information, including the model number and serial number.Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration process.
