Hi, is it possible to move my printer from the Unspecified device section to the printer and device section? Win acknowledges that it is up and running but when I go to print they want be to use PDF and I need to physically print labels. Thanks ahead of time!

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
