Product: HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer

New Dell laptop running Windows 11

Old HP 3830 all in one

 

* can't add my printer to the HP Dashboard - tried adding through discovery and also the IP address, but printer not found.,

* Previously the HP dashboard also included my old taptop in "devices", but once i deleted that one, i tried to add the new one, i get no devices found

*  In Windows settings  the printer is connected to the network & idle.

* Printer itself is connected to Wi-Fi - solid blue light indicator

I've deleted the app and downloaded a fresh one, but still having the same issues.

I've downloaded updated Windows 11 drivers as well.

Please help!
