I am trying to add company logo to receipt printer but the option is not available on the printer properties, Is there any specific way to add it ?

Hi,
Programming a logo requires some more advanced users to perform a such using hexadecimal commands, either the basic user guide needs to be followed, as well as the advanced programming guide.

Hi,
I would happily assist you if I can, however I don't have much knowledge on this matter.
From searching a bit I could find below Configuration Utility which may help to perform a such in a graphical way:

By playing around a bit, I could see that you may click the Miscellaneous button, from there you may download a BMP or a LOGO to the printer:
If anyone else, more familiar on such printer have anything to add please go ahead, else I highly suggest contacting HP, a support representative which deals with such products should be able to assist you better.
