Product: HP ENVY 6020e All-in-One Printer

Hi - I recently bought a HP Envy 6020e printer and have signed up to HP+ and instant Ink. So far, I am very happy with my purchase and have already received my first shipment of replacement inks. However, when I checked my warranty against my serial number, it appears I only have 13 months in total. One of the selling points for the printer was that I would get an additional year's warranty (24 months in total) when I signed up to HP+. Could someone help me with this ?

I have now resolved this issue using the Whatsapp help service. Apparently, the additional 12 months warranty will activate after 6 months. It would have been useful to know this in advance, but better late than never - or rather 6 months time 😉
