Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8730 All-in-One Printer

I am trying to install the software for a HP OfficeJet Pro 8730 that I got from my son. I am asked a admin password that I do not know and my son neither. I have seen issues like this already and the community, but the resolution was always posted via email. Can you please share the solution with me too.
