HP LaserJet Managed E40040dn

I lost the printer admin password. I tried to restaure many times but is still asking the password, is not allowing me to set a new password. I need a help. The model of the printer is HP LaserJet Managed E40040dn.

Thanks

This is an enterprise product, therefore there is no preset password, only one someone applied during setup. If that password is lost you need to perform a partial clean.  Follow the instructions in the firmware update readme file on how to enter the pre-boot menu of the printer. Under the administrator menu select partial clean and then restart device. Keep in mind that this clears any user settings on the printer in the process.
