Problem i encountered:
Unable to  use Scan to Computer, no computer is being recognize even the printer app is installed
Printer Utility is unable to load the installed printer. Field are unknown
Unable to use scanner see attached photos.

         Hello red-den ,

 

 

How to reactivate a scanner?

Select Start > Settings > Devices > Printers and Scanners or use the following button. Select Add Printer or Scanner. Wait while it searches for nearby scanners, choose the one you want to use, then select Add device.

Hi @Bernard42, Thanks for the response. Although Adding printer/Scanner is not problem to me as i can add it repeatedly without an issue.  The main concern i'm facing is every time i use the scanner i always get the error i posted (Image uploaded). Not sure what happened when in fact its working fine not after i upgrade the firmware.
