Product: HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer
After turning on VPN (Norton 360) I am unable to print to my HP 8610. It shows that the printer is offline. If I turn the VPN off, I can print. There is a setting in the VPN app to allow apps to be excluded from VPN Secure Traffic. To exclude an app, you have to provide the app name and directory path. However, I have no idea of the application name or directory. Can anyone provide this information?

You may have to get with Norton to solve the problem.
This is what I found at Norton
