HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One Printer

I recently had my computer updated to Windows 10.  I use SoftCafe MenuPro 10 to print for my business.  I've been printing menus on legal size paper for years with no issue.  Now I can't print legal size & can't find the option to do so in the drop down menu.  Any advice?

One issue could be that Windows has replaced your HP driver with a Microsoft IPP driver that often will only support letter sized paper. On your computer go to control panel>devices and printers and then right click on the icon for your printer and select printer properties. Click the advanced tap and you will see the driver type installed. If it says class driver or IPP driver that is a microsoft driver and you need to reinstall to get your functionality back.
