Having a problem aligning a preprinted form.  I don't have a problem vertical or horizontal.  Looking at paper, Left side is higher than right. If I make it correct on the line on Left than its way to far down on right. I have tried numerous times to use the alignment settings on the printer, on the computer, always crooked. Any suggestions? I am going to run out of forms if I keep messing with this LOL

Hello,

Hope you are well, this printer has the option to align the X and Y like a plane diagram, you may get the option from the printer itself, go to set up menu, then system setup, then select print quality and then adjust alignment. select the tray and then  X1 shift, X2 shift, Y shift  . Use the arrow keys and the OK button to adjust the alignment.

Also you can make sure the paper settings are properly setup, go to system set up again and select paper setup then each tray and adjust the type and size of the paper used.

please check if this happens with every type of paper , like if printing on regular letter size paper issue happens or not.

Thank you for your help but my printer does not show X2, only X1 and Y. Could that be the problem? As I stated I have already adjusted a million times to no avail.
