HP Recommended

Hi, I am trying to set up my HP Envy 6032 printer, when I plug it in the little bar light starts up blue then changes to flashing white and all the lights on the control panel start to flash, it also has a sort of alarm sound coming from it and it won't connect to my Wi-Fi network using either my mobile (IOS) or my mac laptop.

Any help advice welcome

Welcome to the HP support community.

Follow these steps to fix the issue.

Perform a power reset

  1. Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
  2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
  3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  4. Wait at least 30 seconds.
  5. Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet and printer without any surge protector.
  6. Turn on the printer.
