HP Recommended

Purchased 2 HP Envy Printers 6155e and 6555e and both of them keep giving me issues with printing on paper and photo paper and margins keep changing and print quality is changing too. Have tried updating the drivers, unplugging the printer and plugging back in, restarting my computer and every other troubleshooting tip and nothing seems to stay.

Solution suggested did not work. Returning both printers and getting a different brand.
