Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

We had a HP Web JetAdmin (10.4.98174) installed on the Windows server 2019 and database is on the different SQL server 2019. We got the new Windows Server 2022 and copied the existing database to the new  DB server. We had installed the latest version and point the database to the new one and I am able to launch the application but when we navigate throughout the application, we get the  error message : An unexpected error has been encountered. The client will be closed.

 

Any suggestion or help will really appreciated.

Hi @Kuroi_Kenshi, not sure which model name are you looking for, but I clicked on the HP Designjet T1300 PostScript then got an error message.
