After EVERY sign-in to Windows, a Popup message about some rewards program appears:
If I click "No Thank you", another message pops up:
And I have to klick "Yes" and then I can start working on the computer!
If I click the "HP Rewards" button on first popup, a web page opens, which says that rewards program is over:
The page suggest that updating of printer software will remove the popup, ant there is a button "Update HP Printer software". Clicking that button, however, leads to nowhere:
We downloaded the latest software for this printer from standard support page (instead of the non-working link above), and we installed it, but that had no effect of the annoying popup.
SO, HP, WHAT YOU SUGGEST ?

Welcome to the HP User Community.
The Rewards campaign that is stuck in your printer software was ended years ago in 2017.
Unfortunately - at that time - it was thought that tying the Rewards campaign to the software was a good idea.
It was discovered that attaching rewards to printer software is not a good idea -- this method to advertise "rewards" has not been used since that time. Details are included at the end of this message.
If your printer and its printer software version were new enough, the annoying message could (would) be removed when you uninstall the old printer software > Restart the computer > Install a fresh copy of the printer software.
Wait! The software for your older printer is an older version - reinstalling might not eliminate the message.

What to do?
Were it mine to do: Switch off the Notifications in Windows
The following is part of an older collection of mine - at least most of the information is likely still relevant.
Not wanted? Ignore.
Notifications - Stop the Onslaught
Method – Set / Adjust Focus Assist (Windows 10)
Settings > System > Focus Assist
Set / Select "Priority Only" and create a customization / priority list
OR
Set / Select "Alarms Only"
Under Automatic Rules
Decide whether you want to "Do not Disturb" time - set those hours.
Switch everything else to ON
Optional > Check "Show me a summary of what I missed while focus assist was on"
Method - Switch off Notifications (Windows 10)
Settings > System > Notifications and actions >
Beneath Notifications, set the following to OFF
- Get tips, tricks, and suggestions as you use Windows
- Get notifications from apps and other senders
Method - Switch off Selected Notifications (Windows 10)
Settings > System > Notifications and actions >
Beneath Notifications
Switch ON Get notifications from apps and other senders
Scroll down to the list of "apps" > switch on / off each application
Optional
Switch OFF Show me the Windows Welcome experience...
Switch OFF Get tips, tricks, and suggestions as you use Windows
Method - Printer Notifications (Recent versions of Windows)
Control Panel > icon view > Devices and Printers >
Left-Click one time on any Printer > (top ribbon) Print Server Properties >
Tab Advanced > UNCHECK the following
- Show informational notifications for local printers
