HP Recommended

Hi!  I'm trying to install HP Smart (for Desktop) onto a Mac running macOS 10.13 (High Sierra) and HP's website keeps pushing me to the Apple App Store to the available version which doesn't support macOS 10.13 - and suggests updating the OS to 10.14, which my Mac is unable to install.   Is there a way to get an older version of HP Smart from an HP official archive?
