HP Recommended

I still can NOT scan.  As I have said several times the printer is working.  I have found another thread that the scanning software is NOT working and HP doesn't seem to want to do anything about it.  Unless you have a cure for the scanning problem there is no need for you to reply unless you know of another scanning program that is NOT  HP.
