Here is a guide for an Android smartphone
Here is an app but it is unclear if the android TV box can use it.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hp.android.printservice
If the box can email or use the wireless connection, you can send the item to be printed through that if the box can accommodate that method.
I'm not an HP employee.
