HP LaserJet Pro MFP M26nw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have three HP LaserJet Pro printers: P1102w, M26nw, M125nw.

Both on my Windows 10 Pro PC and on my Android 10 smartphone, HP Smart does not work. I am not able to set up HP Web Services on any of them.

For the web services, HP asks the claim code and says to print a config page. If I try and print that configuration page (M26nw, M125nw) the two printers spin forever.

I have followed all the steps found in other answers to similar questions: I uninstalled all the HP software, rebooted the PC, reinstalled, rebooted etc but I am not able to use HP Smart as well. Firmware and software are up-to-date everywhere.

- I am able to print wirelessly both from my PC and my Android Device;

- I am able to scan (M26nw, M125nw) from my PC only using HP Scan. If I try and use HP Smart, nothing happens either on the PC or the smartphone.

If I try and set up web services, both the M26nw and the M125nw spins forever, although HP is still publishing the web page where you can subscribe to the Web Services. The M125nw shows its email address for remote printing, but emails to those addresses are ignored.

It is a little mess. Could anyone tell me if the HP Smart has ever worked on any phone? Is there anyone who can suggest what do do besides resetting and reinstalling everything (I have already done that)?

The M26NW and  M125NW are not supported by HP Smart

The P1102W is supported in HP Smart.

Thank you. Actualy, since HP Smart detects the exact model of all the printers of mine I would expect a message like "your device is not supported". What's the point of making me select a printer, select "scan" and saying "scan is not ready". Too much work for software developers in HP: this confirms HP software is terrible.
