I am prompted to this when I try to print from any Apple device (MacBook Pro, IPads, and IPhones) however it works fine with my DELL lap top which is running Windows 7. It was working fine until I moved and connect to a new wi-fi. I almost tried everything, delete the printer and reinstall it, reset the printer, tried combinations of username and passwords, but nothing happened. This applies for the wi-fi print, direct print, and even USB connection. Only e-print is working via the email.
How can I get rid of this on all my Apple devices.

Finally it's over. Now I can print after restoring the factory defaults, this can't be done from the printer (like what is on You Tube). It should be done from the application (HP Smart).
Connect your device and the printer to the same network.
- open application on your device and insure the printer is connected and ready
- choose settings (rectangle at the bottom right corner.
- from the menu on the left choose advanced settings under settings.
- from the tool bars on the top again choose settings, a new page will open.
- choose restore defaults.
- then restore factory defaults.
- follow the on screen instructions.
This will restore everything to the factory settings, install the printer normally and enjoy printing.
if you are using the web services e-print; the printer now has a new email address

You typically only see that message when you are connecting to shared print queue (print server).
Are you sure your macOS and iOS devices are trying to print to the printer itself and not a shared print queue on the Windows laptop.
If you are purposely printing through the Windows laptop then most likely you changed the password on the Windows machine and the macOS and iOS devices are trying to use previously save credentials.

I am sure the devices are printing to the printer, the problem existed before I installed the printer to the windows laptop. I installed it to see if the issue applies to the windows as well. This issue was raised before on the site but I can't find a solution.
Thanks

Try performing a "reset print system" on the Macintosh and then reconnecting to the printer.
To reset the print system perform the following:
1. Open System Preferences
2. Click on the Print & Scan
3. Control click or Right click in the box listing the current print queues.
4. Select Reset printing system...
5. Enter admin User Name and Password if prompted
6. Reboot the Macintosh
7. Try setting up the printer again

Thanks for your reply but this doesn’t work. I tried it many times in different ways and also followed the steps you mentioned but still the same it even doesn’t print the welcome page after finish installation!
