Hi @SANGOLF,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand that PDF files and other attachments are printing with the text reduced to around 6-point font, even though the documents appear normal on screen.

Please try the following:

Check the print scaling

  • Open the PDF and select Print.
  • Under Page Sizing & Handling, select Actual Size or 100%.
  • Make sure the multiple pages per sheet, booklet, or any similar scaling option is disabled.

Check the printer preferences

  • Open Printer Properties/Preferences.
  • Make sure the paper size matches the document, such as A4 or Letter.
  • Check that no Fit to Page, Reduce/Enlarge, or custom scaling option is enabled.

Try printing from another application

  • If you're using Adobe Acrobat, try opening the same PDF in a browser such as Microsoft Edge and print it.
  • This will help determine whether the issue is related to the application or the printer settings.

If the issue occurs with all PDFs and attachments, please provide the exact HP printer model, Windows/macOS version, and the application you normally print from. We can then provide the appropriate printer-specific steps.

Take care and have an amazing day!

Best regards,
Kuroi_Kenshi
