HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer
macOS 10.15 Catalina

Unfortunately, it’s found that it doesn’t work for OS Catalina, several attempts were made for a proper replacement, but with no avail. As a loyal customer of HP, I hope that I’ll not be compelled to seek further formal action.

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e should be compatible with macOS 10.15 Catalina, but it appears you're facing issues with installation or functionality. Here are some steps to try:
 

1. Check HP’s Official Support for macOS Catalina

  • Go to HP's driver page and search for OfficeJet Pro 9015e.
  • Select macOS 10.15 Catalina and check for available drivers/software.

2. Manually Add the Printer

  • Open System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
  • Click + to add a printer.
  • Select the HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e from the list.
  • Choose AirPrint or try HP’s driver (if available).

3. Use HP Easy Start

  • Download HP Easy Start from HP’s website and install the printer using this tool.

4. Reset Printing System

  • Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
  • Right-click in the printer list and select Reset Printing System.
  • Re-add the printer and check if it works.
