Black vertical line along border of A4 prints and can't change settings to print borderless.

Hi

I've just bought my printer and I've loaded all the drivers and registered as recommended. However, when I print it has one single line running vertically down one long edge of the page.

I have also been searching for how to print A3 and A4 without a border. I can't find anywhere to set it to borderless printing. It's crucial for my work to be able to always print without borders or margins.

I use both Mac and Windows 10.

This is an urgent problem, as I have to print this work out asap to meet a deadline, so all help welcome.
