Hi @simpleoffice11,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The blue screen error B8765C62 on your HP Office Jet Pro 9015 printer typically indicates a hardware failure or malfunction. This error may occur due to several reasons, such as outdated firmware, corrupted system files, or a malfunctioning printer component.

To resolve this issue, you can try the following troubleshooting steps.

  • Restart your printer: Sometimes, a simple restart can fix the problem. Turn off your printer, unplug the power cord, and wait for a few minutes before plugging it back in and turning it on.
  • Check for firmware updates: Make sure your printer's firmware is up to date. You can download and install the latest firmware from the HP website.
  • Run a diagnostic test: HP printers come with built-in diagnostic tools that can help identify and fix any hardware issues. You can access the diagnostic test from your printer's control panel.
  • Check for damaged components: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, there may be a problem with the printer's hardware components. Check for any signs of damage or wear and tear, such as broken gears, loose connections, or worn-out rollers. If you find any damaged components, you may need to replace them.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
