Was updating Firmware and the printer screen went blue with power symbol and error message 0435A98.
Did all the troubleshooting. The printer ink carriage will not move either. Can't be moved from parked position to extreme right.

@Safetyteamli, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I'm afraid this is a hardware failure. Unplug the printer and press and hold the power button for 10 seconds and release it.
Check if the printer will power ON and go to the home screen.
If the issue persists, reset the printer
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
To resolve a carriage jam issue, perform the steps from this document - 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays
If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
